Kepler Drift — Terms of Use Last updated: 6 September 2026 1. Who we are Kepler Drift ("the App") is developed and sold by Dr. Andreas Rutsch ("we"). Contact: support@keplerdrift.org. 2. Licence Apple distributes the App under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial purposes. 3. Adults only The App is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Children must not use the App. If you are under 18 you may not use the App, and adults must not hand a device running the App to a child. 4. Augmented-reality mode — your responsibility The AR mode overlays a virtual scene on the live camera image. It does not detect obstacles, stairs, roads, water, people or animals and gives no warning about them. You must: keep aware of your surroundings at all times; use AR standing still or seated in a clear, safe space; never use AR while walking, running, cycling, driving or operating machinery; hold the device securely; stop immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous or disoriented. You use AR mode at your own risk and are solely responsible for your own safety, for the safety of others around you and for any property. A safety notice is shown before every AR session; by continuing you confirm that you have read and accepted it. 5. Content Star systems and galaxies are shown for entertainment and education. Sizes, spacing, speeds and other values are simplified or compressed and must not be relied on for scientific, navigational or other purposes. 6. Purchases "Kepler Drift Complete" is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Prices are shown in the App Store before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Restore Purchases re-enables the unlock on any device signed in with the same Apple Account. The free edition limits the augmented-reality mode to five sessions per calendar day; the purchase removes this limit. 7. Game Center Scores you submit are handled by Apple's Game Center under Apple's terms and privacy policy. You can play without Game Center. 8. Warranty and liability The App is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we do not warrant that it is free of errors or fits a particular purpose. We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and only up to the foreseeable, typical damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory product-liability law. 9. Changes We may update the App and these terms. The current version is available in the App under Settings › Safety & Legal and at keplerdrift.org. 10. Governing law German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you live. If you are a consumer, you may also bring claims before the courts of your country of residence.
